Spending your summer days by the pool? Hate the taste of drinking fountain water? Me too. So, I came up with a solution based off my favorite cocktail: Mojito-fruit infused water. The fruit and mint leaves together create a blend so refreshing you can’t resist!
It’s simple, thirst-quenching, and easy to refill on the go!
INGREDIENTS
6-10 mint leaves
Fruit of choice
Water
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take 6-10 mint leaves off of the stem
2. Add mint leaves to a water bottle filled with ice
3. Smash mint leaves into ice with the handle of a spoon to intensify the flavor (optional)
4. Add your favorite blend of fruit - fresh or frozen (My favorite blends are listed below!)
5. Add water!
Favorite Fruit Blends (all include mint leaves)
- Citrus-Mojito (Lemon, Lime, Clementine)
- Tropical-Mojito (Pineapple, Mango, Kiwi)
- Berry-Mojito (Strawberries and Blueberries)
- Cucumber-Mojito (Cucumbers)
I enjoy my water by the pool, but fruit-infused water is a great idea for amusement parks, water parks, beaches, or even the office. Staying hydrated can get expensive at summer-fun places where you have to purchase water bottles. However, most of these places will have water fountains near the restrooms making it simple to refill your own bottle.
Enjoy!
