Disclaimer: This is not a low-calorie shake, but it is delicious.
Coconut Avocado Shake
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe avocado
2-4 tbsp of shredded coconut (add to taste)
1 tbsp sugar
1 c soy milk
5-6 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to the blender and mix.
2. Add milk & water as needed if it is too thick.
3. Add a fun straw and enjoy!
